Another batch of suspected Nigerians are to be deported from Germany to Lagos by the beginning of next week. Based on close follow up on several arrest of rejected asylum in the last 3 weeks, a very reliable source has confirmed the next deportation enforcement flight for Monday the 21st June.

This deportation enforcement will be the third so far for this year and will be taking place barely 3 weeks after the 26th May deportation arrival of 45 persons in Lagos.

There has been several arrest in different parts of Baden Württemberg since the beginning of this week. More than 6 Nigerians are at the moment detained in Pforzheim deportation Prison awaiting the next deportation enforcement to Nigeria.

Most of the detained persons had personally handed their Nigerian International passport to their local Foreign officers based on reasons of marriage as well as part of an obligation to retain their working permit.

It is also important to inform you that the German deportation Authority has several hundreds of deportation certificates that has been issued by the Nigerian Embassy, Berlin.

Rejected asylum seekers with so-called Toleration status (Duldung) are by this notice advised to quickly contact their Lawyers for urgent legal intervention as the case may be.
