Referring to the testimony of Bright after regaining some level of consciousness inside the second ambulance at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), he recovered to witness the Hospital management refusal to admit him without a down payment or otherwise a concrete clarification of who to bear the cost for his treatment. Bright was thereafter driven back and abandoned at the airport premises since there was no one to take up his bills for medical care.
